BEEZ Anime Legend: Lucky Stars, A good Release?

For anyone who has purchased Anime Legend release Lucky Star. What is your opinion on the release?

What the packaging and artwork like?

How good is the Video/Sound quality and are their any technical issue/errors on the discs?

Also do the DVD's have any good disc extra and what are your generally thoughts about how good the show is?

Well, I have yet to actually watch my copy, so I can't comment on the video or sound. However, the listed extras are:

- Key Scenes Galleries
- Textless opening with lyrics
- Voice actor interviews
- Original Japanese promo clips
- The Adventures of Minoru Shiraishi Featurettes

Although not listed, there's also the standard Beez Trailers.

So the extras are better than the average release. Audio is in English and Japanese, with English subs (So no French, German, Dutch and Polish audio like my Gundam SEED xD).

I wasn't too psyched about the cover artwork. I couldn't find any pictures online, so I took these ones with my horrible 3DS camera:

The actual package is pretty much exactly the same as those used for the Gundam SEED Anime Legends. So due to the amount of discs in it, it can be a bit rattly (but you shouldn't be rattling your DVDs anyway). Honestly, I find discs 3 and 6 hard to take out if discs 2 and 5 are still in the case. The series is spread across 6 discs, with the OVA being on the last disc (there's nothing on the last disc aside from the OVA, textless ending and Beez Trailers...would have thought they'd have put the rest of the extras onto this disc xD).

One thing that's funny though is, on the spine it says it includes the OAV, but on the back it refers to it as OVA xD

No problemo. One thing I found interesting is, there is no certificate logo on the spine, and as you can see on the front cover, the '15' is very small.

Also, I didn't choose the flowery table-mat-thingies.

 Don't worry I still consider you a man's man who can rightly eat Yorkie chocolate bars (As the Yorkie marketing slogan say "they not for girls").

If you get a chance in the near future and you don't mind. Can you please have a quick look at the discs for me to see what the video/Sound quality like. Still into two minds whether to buy the box set or not.

I wondered why yours had a different packaging, then I saw the BBFC label xD. The American version has them pulling faces at the camera instead. One thing I will ask though, does one disk look different to all the others?
