Today I went to the gym with a couple guys from my tutor group. I did cardio and fat burn stuff and felt surprisingly good afterward.

Well I may as well let you guys know, I got round in 3hrs 55mins! Dead chuffed to break the four hour mark, it was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life.

However, it was great fun and I'm eyeing the Vienna marathon in April now.... 8)
