I vote for Motoko.

I was going to hold off on voting until later in the week as I've literally only started watching AoT yesterday so I don't really know anything about Levi yet (he's mooched by on a horse and that's it so far), but after watching some GitS last night I quickly reached the conclusion that the Major can and will kick anyones arse. I wouldn't be surprised if she won this whole competition tbh.
Oh, and I think Sayaka is the least interesting Madoka character so she didn't even enter into my thinking.

It's gotta be the Major for me, she's awesome. I vote for Motoko Kusanagi.

Gotta be Levi, not fond of Motoko and not a clue who the other is :D

I think this vote is rather obvious for me honestly. Motoko gets my vote. Levi is good, but nowhere near as great as the Major. I've also never seen Madoka Magica, nor do i have any real wish to do so, so i can't fairly vote for sayaka at all.
