Absolutely fantastic. A lot of black humor, Which is always the best. Everything from Suicide to well... Hikikomori-ism is in there. Martin has blogged about it a few times, check out his reviews of sorts.

I don't think I am, and never have been one. Even though I can be isolated from others, it's usually not for very long, and I do try to get out when the need arises.
 
Getting there myself with each of my friends that gets married off we seem to get together less, funny how when people get their own families they seem to have no time for anything else. If I did not have to go to work, or go to my archery club and even just going to pick up my comics, I could easily see myself falling into the hikikomori trap. With the internet who really needs to go out anymore.
 
i haven't left the house this year lol does that count
and after reading NHK it was supprising how much i'm like satou
(except of course i haven't got 30 gigs of child porn or hide in bushes taking pictures of kids)
