Anyone up for a post-Xmas meet?

Sounds good, but I'll have to pass on the sushi as I'm one of those filthy vegetarians ;)

You can always have a little sansai soba.

I was wondering what the day would consist of? A meal and pleanty of anime talk, or would we be shopping? Just curious...

I am afraid that i will not be able to go at all...these parents here will not let me go to england at all at the moment..specially around now..dunno why but thats the case..

What about TGI Fridays in Leicester Square? It's a popular location with good transport links, everybody in the area knows roughly where it is so once you get there you can find it, it's a lot of fun with great food and depending on how far after Christmas we go we can go and see all the Christmas lights! Just a suggestion.

I'd love to go but I'm not so keen on going up to London on my own. Coz im a wimp. But I'll try n get there neway, even if I have no idea where I'm going. I'll just ask for directions :)

well the train should take you right outside where you need to go.

i think maybe we should have someone with a sign r something so everyone can go to him/her for a rally point to meet.

If you're nervous about coming to London I'd be happy to meet you somewhere! Can you get to Waterloo fairly easily? You can pretty much get anywhere in London from there.

A little sake would go down a treat.
Sake is one of the most disgusting things I've ever had. I'd have to pass on that one, heh ^_^;

Why not go for a big ramen-fest at one of the wagamammas? I went there when I was in London last week and it was so gorgeous! I think there's one in Leicester Square, too.

Ya ya! Definately! But i still think someone should stand with a sign. Or if not, they can put on some fluffy pink bunny ears! :lol:

Worry not, I've only been here a few months myself. And your signature proves that you have absolutely sterling literary taste ;)

If I may suggest... For those arriving by train, meeting at Waterloo Station at a set time/point and then travelling to Leicester Square together might be easier?

Cool, I'll tag along then (not that I wouldn't anyway! Hehe) I'm looking forward to it. Guess I'm milking the newbie excuse for too much... If you hear any more of it from me, slap me. :)

Since you're in Southampton as per your location tag we'll probably end up travelling on the same train anyways, so that'll make meeting at Waterloo even easier, hm? :p
