£35 for Vol 3 of Gurren Lagann is really hard to swallow.

So I see.. similar on Amazon. Will wait until Thursday and then see.
If I can get it with Halo Evolutions then I'll be happy.

That's strange, at the expo, the staff working for Beez said vol 3 of Gurren Lagann was being released in January. Considering its supposed to be out in 6 days and remembering that the last box was delayed, i'd take that release date with a pinch of salt...

Any particular reason for not posting the Beez & Manga releases?

Looking through some are a little vague (what's in the 'Oshii Collection' for example - The GitS films are givens, but what else does Manga have the rights to?) but it's good to see a BD release of TGWLTT - I'd point this out to anyone who was thinking of buying the re-released 2 DVD set. If you have Blu-ray capabilities, you might wanna hold out a little longer.

I might well pick up RxJ, unless I hear something about Blu-ray plans in the meantime.

Black Lagoon I stlil don't have, but that has had a Blu-ray release announced, at least in Japan, so will still be waiting on that.

its gonna cost me £60 to get all the X TV single volumes, so I think I might wait for the Romeo x Juliet boxset. There aren't any other MVM releases that I am interested in - would rather save my money for whatever Beez might release as part of the Anime Legend line - fingers crossed for Eureka Seven!!

Heya guys! Question about Beez Gurren Vol.3... Does anyone know if there will be a limited edition like the first two? I can't find anything about it anywhere. :?

I'm guessing it'll include The Sky Crawlers, since that's out the same day.

And I'm also pleased that The Girl Who Leapt Through Time Blu-Ray has been solicited. That's one film I have no qualms about upgrading.

Nope, there won't.

Sorry to nag.. but, can I ask why? And.. you're completely sure? :(
No need to be sorry, think we understand the desire to have one.

Andrew, from Beez, has posted here telling us there will not be one due to some form of dispute/cost.
So yeah, pretty sure.

Picked up Vol 3, it arrived this morning (along with Evangelion Plantinum Tin Edition :D ), it's a very nice set. Like they handled the dvds, if just because of the GL Vol1 LE Box.
If I didn't have the box I'd probably feel differently.
