With all of these North American announcements floating around, you might be forgiven for thinking that we've forgotten about our own home here in the good ol' U of K, but fear not, as we have our first announcements from UK streaming service Anime on Demand's summer line-up for you!

These two announcements are actually both from the same series, with news that both the first and second season of supernatural action series Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan will be streaming as part of the service's summer season. The series, a manga adaptation produced by Studio Deen and known as Nurarihyon no Mago in Japan, first broadcast in Japan last year as a 26 episode series - this first season will be posted up in "chunks" on the Anime on Demand web site, while the new second season will be simulcast each week as episodes air in Japan. The first episode of the series is slated to air in Japan on Sunday, July 3rd, so watch this space

This is awesome news. although i hated the first season (the directors style just pissed me off as he managed to make a pretty good story a pile of crap and randomly put aya harino's character everywhere where she wasnt supposed to be especially the season finale) this season looks to be rather good as it adapts my favorite arc so far and the animation quality looks to have increased as well and the fired the last director XD!
