Today, Anime Limited have announced that they have licensed "A Letter To Momo", a 2012 anime film directed by Hiroyuki Okiura and animated by Production I.G. The film's synopsis is as follows:

A Letter to Momo follows the adventures of Momo, an 11 year old girl whose entire world has been rocked by the untimely death of her father. Forced to leave her life in Tokyo and move to the small island where her mother grew up, Momo is tormented by a letter her father wrote to her - a letter containing only two words: Dear Momo. Soon after her arrival on the island, mysterious goings-on begin to torment the residents and Momo decides to uncover the truth behind them once and for all.

The film will received a limited theatrical release this winter, once an English dub has been completed.

Cool, I guess? Not sure I care as much about announcements of things that are infinitely far into the future, as unfair as that probably sounds.

I don't think Anime Limited have posted themselves about it. I wonder when we can expect a home media release?

Brooms or not, we can all rejoice about this.
A dilemma faces me: my social skills fall short of being able to attend a theatrical screening in the fashion of an ordinary person. Is this worthy of an exceptional effort to rectify such a flaw?
