Damn these flash sales are really useless if you live outside of the UK. Really want Venus Wars but I’m holding off, I’m only going for a single order this sale.
 
Just read Gravs review and it mentions AL have used the 2015 rather than 2021 master. Is there anything that makes either of these better than the other (other than the 2015 includes the Manga UK Dub)
 
I just tried to enter my 10% discount code but I forgot it only works on orders over £50 so I can either buy the stuff in my basket now without a discount or risk them going out of stock waiting for something else to come on sale to push it over the threshold ☹️

Try using the 10% ANIMEUNLIMITED discount code, that might work.

I’d assume if they had unlimited, they would be trying the 15% (or just reverting to the standard code anyway, as there’s no £50 restriction.
I’ll probably offer a correction here in that the standard ANIMEUNLIMITED discount continues to work with Bleach £10 off. Still, the advertising remains incorrect in stating its able to be used in conjunction with anime(un)limited discount codeS (pural, not specifying just the single standard one).

And on top of that this £50 shipping requirement is driving me crazy: I can get a £52 basket (technically £62, as included Bleach), but the 10% off (£5.20) then makes it liable again for the £3.30 shipping charge.
I literally went through the whole site to see if there was anything to add. It’s just not worth the effort.
 
I ended up ordering a copy of The First Slam Dunk Collectors Edition which took me over the threshold to use the voucher and get free postage luckily. I can't believe I haven't bought this yet, it looks fantastic and has brilliant reviews.

The free shipping thresholds can definitely be annoying. I had it the other week on MVM, I was 3 pence short of free shipping, the postage was going to be £2 so I ended up adding a clearance Blu-ray to my order. I know I spent £3 more than I was going to but physiologicaly it just felt better to at least get something for the money 😅

IMO that’s a little overpriced for a ‘flash sale’ item.
Even if you don’t already have S1, that’s implying S2 with sale discount and bundle discount to be something like £40(+).
I mean; perhaps being relatively recent, it could be considered worth that. But it’s not a ‘sale’ price. As a small edit; it seems the EB price was £39.99

And because I’m fixated on this; at least there’s no postage to add.

Really tried not to spend anything else this month as i spent £130 on this sale already plus spent way too much on one piece cards at the new bandai store in birmingham opening this morning but Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It Collectors for £20 i had to grab it looks a decent blind buy i heard its pretty popular

I just need a 50p item, but the cheapest things are either a £4 Belle pressed badge, or DVDs of releases I already have (and OOS).
 
I dunno what’s going on in Ireland lately I’ve seen a few items sent back to AL before being delivered. Most recently my replacement Blewch disk got sent back.
