Its my first time to that i join an english Board so please don´t be to rigouros with me.
There is not mutch to say about me. Im living in Austria and i´m over 30, yes old and odd, and i love animes. I hookt on in 1994 when i found some wired VHS tape in an store with AKIRA on the Cover. At home i lookt the whole movie twice, 4 hours straight, and was puncht in the face. This was definitely NOT the same like Capt. Future, Saber Rider or Sailormoon (yes old an odd :wink
. Jup, this was the point of no return and i inhale all stuff that i could get. But in times without internet nearly impossible.
Since the big animecrash 2007 the german speaking market swimms with the belly up so im forced to import my stuff from USA or UK. The market there is not dead but the prices are horrific and its hard to effort the money for one single show like Code Geass. (all 52Ep. will cost over 200 Pounds)
My favourite animemovie is Ghost in the Shell (i was glad to see that Oshii is taking an alternative ending in comparison to the manga) and my alltime favourite TV Show is Trigun. Jea, jea i know many people don´t like this show but its fun watching and had the right amount of drama and comedy, action and adventure.
