This could be more useful if they decide to gave america a chance to watch ZZ, V, X and Turn A Gundam. At the moment i've seen all of those, still for those who haven't imported, a chance to see Zeta should not be missed.

Yes! It's time for me to give into my inner Gundam.

So Long, Life! Been nice knowing you!

Okay, I'll end up only watching a couple of episodes...

How did I miss this? Great, great news. I know it's to build anticipation for Unicorn, but I would like to think that it might also be ground preparation for releasing MSG & Zeta in the UK (and yes, please please please Japanese audio for MSG).

One wonders whether Zeta will retain its original musical cues. The fact the DVDs did not do so has repelled me from the series thus far.

Not that I personally would stream them anyway, but I hope to get a couple of people to watch MSG. Of course, this would most definitely require them to be dubbed.

ANN posted all Zeta Gundam last night... and it's UKable!

And that's not all :). I can confirm that the web streaming for all titles will include the UK and we'll be actively supporting activities like this in future as well - as it's hardly worldwide if it skips particular key territories out!

You can actually follow the schedule for all Gundam titles as they come up availability-wise here:

The original Gundam series is actually up on Crunchyroll as well just now for example so is worth checking out too!

I'll have a full press release with details of the Blu-ray shortly as well, the delay is due to it being a different system to the usual for release/distribution for a number of reasons :).

Enjoy the Gundam!

I am eternally grateful for this, actually starting to stream Zeta right now! Not so sure about Gundam Unicorn being purchased though, don't have a Blu-ray player.

I take it then that the original series of Gundam is only getting shown dubbed? Thats kinda disappointing. I noticed the likes of Youtube airing all theirs dubbed more or less according to the schedule, and ANN doing the complete opposite, but all bar the original MSG is subbed. I guess it doesn't have a sub to use?

Either way, thats me nit-picking at an otherwise awesome bit of news. I'm gonna start streaming Zeta myself as well tonight i think, and i'm gonna look forward to rewatching Wing as well, though i see that'll be on crunchyroll and youtube, not ANN, which is fine anyways. Many thanks for the schedule update Andrew!

Yeah, Bandai don't have the rights to the Japanese dub for some reason. You would think something are seemingly trivial as that would be rectified by now, though, but I suppose not enough people watched the original to make it worth it.

Seems a bit silly, since Bandai own the show.

Not interested in streaming shows I already own on DVD, but I might still watch First even dubbed, just because that's the only way I can watch it again any time soon.

I was under the impression the reason for the American release being dub only was the ridiculous price discrepancy between the Japanese and American DVD releases; The idea being that the only thing which would stop Japanese fans reverse importing MSG would be the lack of a Japanese audio track.

If that's not the case, I'd love to hear what it actually is. Any other reason can only be hilarious.

Which is sad because I'd have cheerfully bought the whole thing as singles, even the terrible episodes, if they had organised an original language track version.

I'll skip the streaming since I have all the shows except First on DVD and I don't like dubs at all, but my friends will be watching to catch up.

It would seem not. The opening theme is the replacement, so I'm guessing it's the same as the DVD version.

Aha! Superb to get some input from the Beez guys!

I've made no secret elsewhere of the fact that I really want to see these shows on DVD. Slap the Gundam moniker on a placemat and I'll buy it! Well, not quite, but almost...

Seriously - I really hope we eventually get Zeta and the original series on DVD for the UK at some point - maybe a re-release of Wing too, which I've managed to miss at just about every opportunity.

I'll be checking that link directly...
