Oh I absolutely love Beirut and Nantes is easily the standout track from that album for me. Just in case you haven't already, I'd highly recommend listening to their The Riptide album where almost every track is stellar!

Interesting thought and I love the MGS games, but I suspect that given Kojima's penchant for proselytising it could end up losing itself in an excess of monologue and become really dry. Kind of like Babylon, which had an excellent first half and an intolerable second half.

I have really loved Oshi no Ko, Orb: the movements of the earth, the mononoke movies, frieren and cyber punk edge runners for a bit of variety amongst recent releases.

Yeah I remember everything relating to him just sort of dropping off near the end. An incomplete manga at the time explains why. Thanks for the heads up on this, will try and combine the rewatch with the manga as suggested.
