Then it shouldn't effect the delivery of your Christmas sale stuff and they can't use that as an excuse.

Did you order it at the same time? If you did I believe their policy is to send all the items together when the preorder releases.

They gave me a copy of the standard edition as a replacement but I had to keep contacting them for a while before they finally sent it. I just recently had a similar problem with my Blue Giant collectors edition disc, that took ages to get a replacement. It is terrible how they treat problems...

I've just had a look at mine but it doesn't show the region codes anywhere on the packaging unfortunately so I couldn't confirm. Hopefully someone else can help 👍
