I went through all the episodes subtitle tracks in SubtitleEdit, and on the plus side only Disc 1 is affected by this. No issues in the signs track for the dub.

To follow up on this as well, it also uses the Netflix stream version rather than the Home Video master.

Sentai doesn't region lock any of their releases and haven't done for years. Pretty sure the only check it their discs do is to make sure the player region isn't Japan. Funimation and Viz on the other hand both Region and Geolock their BDs.

I don't own the Funi discs but whilst technically region free, they're 100% geolocked. The setup of the disc is 100% identical to the Aniplex counterparts just with extras removed. From what I've seen and tested, modern Sentai's BDs are region free. They utilise Geolocking checks as their sole locking method, and even then it seems they exclusively use it to make sure the player isn't Japanese.
