I just thought the arc with troupe/auction/greed island was abit better. Chimera is okay, but I'm still not sure of it yet. Maybe it picks up soon, cos Ive only read up to the end of vol.22 so far, does it?

I'd hope it'll be a success in R1 and they'll bring it across to R2. I'm also kind of glad the anime ends after Greed Island as I dunno what to think of the Chimera Ant arc and the fact Yoshihiro Togashi has put the series on many hiatus'. Its okay so far, but the story just seems to be lacking...

This movie will flop and they are going to ruin a decent series. I read on another site that Fox are going to be doing alot of merchindising. One of which seems quite bad, they are going to be bring out a manga based on the movies story, not the original content.

Whats the problem with DVD, seriously, Blu-Ray doesn't make much difference to me, well not enough different to inherit the price which it commands. In my eyes they'll probably end up making Blu-Ray non-DVD compatible, so you'll have to rebuy your're entire collection of DVD's...DVD'S ALL THE WAY.
