Took a chance on a used copy of this on eBay for a decent price. Seems to be mostly new, just unsealed and some damage to the j-card. Always planned on getting the Daimajin films, but never got around to it, and would've rather had the original set than the newer one with the flimsy cardboard box.

As much as I want that Police Story 4K boxset, I'm not sure I can justify the price tag on it, especially as I wasn't a huge fan of Police Story 2, and I haven't seen 3, so I just went with the standalone BD of 3. Maybe I'll get lucky and be able to pick it up cheaper somewhere down the line.

Amazon are selling the Nichijou CE for ~£30 atm, which I'm pretty sure is the cheapest it's ever been.

For real, Aria the Origination was even in the MAL top 10 back in the day. It's pretty much the peak of its genre IMO.

Most people aren't blaming AL for the actual reasons for the delay, but for the awful communication of said delays. They announced the delay to Memories on the day it was supposed to come out. There is zero excuse for that. When stuff is happening on time, they usually get stock in a week or two...

With all the Destiny 2 expansions being free to play last week, I fell back into a Destiny hole, so ended up ordering vols. 3 and 4 of the (really nicely made) lore books.

Between finally watching the '03 series and messing about with the gacha game that came out in Japan, I've been on a bit of an FMA kick lately, so decided to start catching up on the manga hardcovers.

Quite complicated, because the subtitle format for DVDs and BDs are literally a series of images, not text.
