If you didn't watch Tenchi Universe then you really are missing out as it is just as good, if not better than the original OVA. Saying that you can pick up the first OVA for about £6-10 so theres no reason not to own it on dvd.

Anime on TV doesnt work any more. They need to offer decent licenses to channels like sci-fi etc again so atleast there is a constant stream of anime available. one of the biggest problems for anime central was lack of affordable series. and look what happened.
