More than likely.
Is it a deal with a bigger channel. I'd think it's a deal with another channel, that would at least explain the presenters departure,
I think Propeller is a public funded channel. I can't see Propeller closing down at all.
It's odd if Anime Network is their highest rated show why remove it? It does'nt make sense. I'd like to know if it was a case of ADV cancelling their deal with Propeller or vice versa?
It's all a matter of time, I'd imagine ADV will announce something in the coming days.
I'd still hold out hope that they could have signed a deal with another channel or animecentral.
Propeller TV have updated the schedule and it's lacking the Anime Network.
According to Digiguide after the 31st of December there will no Anime Network. Digiguide is fairly accurate and I can't see this being wrong.
Fanservice pretending to be feminism.

How the hell can you defend anarchy?
To the matter in hand, as you can guess I dislike all fanservice however I can accept that many enjoy fanservice and for that reason I don't really care if...
Fan service is part and parcel with all tv shows and regardless of sexuality.
Video games are awful for it an example would be the Tomb Raider series a game built on fan service and mention towards Bloodrayne as well.
Have you ever watched a Coronation Street? I mean who in real life would...
Yep, hopefully we get that AKIRA showing which is due about now. Almost 20 years since it opened ain't that some sort of mile stone it's still refrenced in pop culture now.
It wouldn't entirely suprise me if there wasn't some sort of anime season next year on channel 4 or sci fi.
A while yet for this one....
Laputa: Castle in the Sky will air on Filmfour 17th January 14.35
Seems Channel 4 (an it's offspring) really are running a Ghibli season.
Compared to the god awful voices in FFX and FFXII, which I play with the sound turn down. I liked the other touches in DQ like the Monty Python and Only Fools and Horses refrences, as much as I liked the little Scottish guys in FFIX and Zappa in Chrono Cross.
Yes, that's what my basis was on.
I don't actually like voice acting in my JRPGs but DQVIII is an exception. It was actually criticised in America for too much British slang, but the acting was top notch.
I actually think SquareEnix are considering the UK first for the English...
I'd like to see some more established actors in anime roles.
I know wage demands are problem but with Afro Samurai (you might not be a fan but you have to admit the voice acting is top notch) you get the idea that is a way foward. This isn't a dig at existing VA's.
I'd also like to see the...
Sony have reached a deal with Tiscali TV for Screen Gems VOD, this might not be related to Animax but it could mean that is not far off.

I'm fully aware of the situation regarding 13 and 26 episodes anime. This practice is not unique to Japan, their American counterparts HBO, TNT, FX and Showtime have a similar procedure regarding their mini series and and full series. As they say quality over quantity.
Hell even the BBC do...
While the chances of these titles appearing on animecentral might be slim, isn't it entirely possible that some other channels might be looking at anime.
As for MVM/Revelation, hasn't it been mentioned that they generally don't hold the broadcast rights for their titles.
There really is a market out there for adult animation. Unfortunately TV execs seem to think the Simpsons is all we need and that stopped being funny around 1999.
I'd personally like to see adult swim on Channel 4, as a general adult animation segment. While shows like Bleach, FMA, Hack etc are on Animecentral is start however they are all overwhelmingly marketed at teenagers personally I'd like to see a bit more edgier anime/comedy on tv.
Paranoia...
Isn't James Cameron interested in adapting Blood to the big screen?
There's a lot of anime/manga adaptions coming out of Hollywood now. It's about time they ran out of US/UK comics.
