Unlikely, because my local HMV was one of those that were closed and it was reopened a few months later so they've either reopened some of the stores that were closed or sent the stock to other stores (although I'd have to guess that musicmagpie doesn't check for any counterfeit items).
It's the fact that nobody wants the console exclusivity crap to come to PC which is what Epic is doing along with the fact that the epic games store in an incomplete mess (it doesn't even have a shopping cart, and as a lot of people have found out that buying several games one at a time is...
And I'd have to bet that Epic offered more money for it to be an epic store exclusive then they'll have to pay back in backer refunds like what happened with phoenix point.
I would suggest going back a few hundred or so pages to the video I posted when I unboxed the funimation release and noticed the quality of the video on the blu-ray.

Which is odd as UP1 is now showing it as release delayed by publisher which is either incorrect or something was wrong with the original print run or some other issue and not everyone has changed availability information.
They've updated their recent changes section twice this week so I highly doubt that they've closed down unless they've been having trouble either getting stock or getting that stock shipped to the UK.
A few Toshiba (and some other) BD players could be made region free (except you would have to change the region for blu-ray discs depending on what region the disc was) by flashing a custom firmware to it, but since those aren't available and there doesn't seem to be anything similar happening...
And the last two being from a game that I've started getting into and decided to start a new character for livestreaming which is more then likely to take up most of my livestreaming time since it doesn't stutter like crazy when I'm playing (although, I'm still sorting out the audio settings so...
