Technically I bought these for my nephews for Christmas but I'm sure they won't mind if I have a cheeky read myself before I wrap them up in a few months time 😂
I love that I got them into the same things I enjoy: Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Dragonball etc... makes getting them presents so much easier...
I'm also going through Tsukihime atm. Are you playing the OG or the remake? I'm going through the OG myself. Figured I wanted the experience of the original before I look into the remakes. I've heard they've added new characters and stuff.
I finished Arcueid's routes yesterday, onto Ciel's now...
Always gotta wait a little bit before buying a new release. Let them iron out the kinks before diving in. I'll look into getting it around the winter time I think. Playing some FSN on the deck while snuggled in bed sounds perfect to me.
Super excited for Hollow in particular. I tried to play it decades ago but it was bugged so I never did finish it, but I remember really enjoying it and was pretty devastated that I couldn't complete the story/endings.
I've already done the complete playthrough, bad endings and all for FSN but...
I finished the Muv-Luv trilogy...
I haven't played a classic VN like these for decades. Took me way back to my late teenage years and the nostalgia was a great hit. I actually really enjoyed Extra and Unlimited, despite the general reviews that they're the weakest entries. I found Alternative...
9 episodes. It's very expensive, especially with no early bird deal. However, the quality of the animation is incredible. Some of the best, if not the best in the business.
I was excited for this, but it's a pass for now. I will be patient with this one.
I also watched the Summer Game Fest last night with a friend. It helped to bounce off one another while we were watching, otherwise I'd probably have been snoozing during the whole thing too.
Nothing really excites me when it comes to new games because I'm a patient gamer who never really buys...
I finally finished a Baldur's Gate 3 playthrough. Unsurprisingly, it took me 2 1/2 months and around 140 hours lol. I had a great time, although near the end I was losing the desire to play. I think I just played too much (I'm also doing another playthrough with some friends at the same time)...
I finally finished OG FF7 the other week after various hiatuses. It was a good experience. Will definitely check out the remakes and crisis core sometime in the future. Also, while I haven't actually finished Elden Ring, I'm at the point which is good for the DLC coming out in a few months (we...
From what I understand, it's going to have an expansion and the original game. So it will have paths for both the original SMTV (Canon of Creation) and this new path (Canon of Vengeance), which adds more to the story. Along side the spruced up battle system and better field exploration. So kind...
Elden Ring DLC and Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance both coming out on 21st June were the two things I was most excited for that was announced today. I was always annoyed that SMTV was a switch exclusive game because it looked like a game I would really enjoy. I'm so glad Atlus have finally...
That's absolutely fair. I wasn't making a jab at anyone! I just find it amusing that I'm always playing these decade old games while everyone else is playing with the shiny new release (that I'll eventually get around to in a few years time myself). I didn't get into gaming until I was in my mid...
Most people out here playing the brand new releases and here I am completing 14 year old Assassins Creed II 😂
I needed a break from Elden Ring and I had a good time with ACII (apart from the absolute dogshit controls. I nearly rage quit in that second to last dungeon with the timed puzzle...
I've 100% FSN like, a over decade ago and I am hyped for this announcement. Would happily play this game all over again. The best way to experience the FSN is through the VN. I'm also looking forward to the remake of Fate/Extra too.
I've heard this version doesn't have any of the H scenes which...
Went for the classic Vagabond because sword and shield is my bread and butter for games like these. I stick to what I know haha.
I've started it, I think I'm already "lost". I'm kinda just wandering about. I panic when there's a big gap between campfires and I've cleared a lot and running low...
I've completed Dark Souls 3 with the DLCs. I usually played through it with co-op though (with the guy who got me the game, which is why he has faith I can complete ER lol). I appreciate that Elden Ring lets you play online without the fear of invaders when solo playing. I enjoy all the...
