My official last macross purchase for February- the two Delta movies from mandarake.

My nova media release of suzume arrived from s Korea today, I went with the Blu ray as I have the jp 4k one already.

Ah so it was you who snagged that set from mandarake at that price then, I’d noticed it had sold. I got the smaller box with the hybrid discs for ¥1100 hoping they’d also subbed but no such luck unfortunately. Serves me right.

Final February purchase- macross delta. I went for the chonk version as it was slightly cheaper than the slimmer rerelease.

I just finished watching 7 on Disney plus and got major tonal whiplash coming after plus. It grew on me eventually but it’s obscenely expensive on disc, even on dvd, so it might be one to skip for now.

Ah right thanks. I did read that it had been remastered but I assumed that it was just the newer set, I very nearly got the nine disc version cos it’s really cheap nowadays but I need the shelf space and I’ve still got delta and 7 to squeeze in. I might still get the movie set with the subs, I...

Not much anime for me this month but today i received TDKR from Manta Lab, a couple of steelbooks and my Xmas sale order from Nova media

I thought I’d get my Gundam collection started this month with a couple of second hand libraries editions from mandarake. I’ve only a limited amount of shelf space left so I haven’t really thought this through.

My S Korean steelbook edition of Macross Plus finally completed its journey from the Yukipalo store. There’s two other editions available too but no English subs unfortunately.

Hard agree, this is the first thing I look for in the release schedule. I’m not familiar with their last two releases though so I haven’t pulled the trigger yet.
