got reminded by AL that I don't own the FMA 2003 Film Conquror of Shamballa. Went looking around, and found the MangaUK doublepack for £15.70 shipped from Amazon DE 3rd party marketplace so put an order down.
Interviews with the actual creative staff are extremely rare video wise. You usually get those as text interviews in booklets. Honestly off the top of my head the last thing I remember to include that as a extra on disc was Made in Abyss.
We never get the more common voice actor commentaries...
atleast it gets made. I'm still waiting for a proper vampire anime that isn't either trope ridden, trash, is just a side character/plot device, or just a sol by vampire.
I've been waiting for something since Shiki, and I'm still waiting.
I honestly don't keep track of what most of the fandom thinks of bookworm. I just hope it does well enough in JP so that it can get a 3rd cour that'll adapt the whole 2nd arc (Cour 2 is only covering half way). I'm buying the JP BDs to do my part to help. Been awhile since I was this engrossed...
SAO Alternative GGO was good because it had none of the main cast, and the characters were actually likeable with somewhat believable personalities.
I've found the people who generally praise GGO Alt are usually the people who don't like main SAO. for main SAO after 2 seasons, and a film. I...
It having a female MC isn't what I meant by "general tropes". I'd rather not compare something actually well written to SAO.
I can't talk about villainess because I haven't read/watched it. Though I can see there has been a huge rise in characters isekai'ing into a otome world as the villainess...
I'm just waiting for the death of the generic isekai phase of anime/LN so we can get some different fantasy.
I've been enjoying Bookworm since its not following the general tropes. I wonder who'll end up releasing it if CR ever free it from its grasps.
I hope the OST CD being included will be something we can see from more future releases from AL. I personally think its a way better extra than artcards/posters/etc
I wouldn't hold up hopes for this adaption. the studio is small, and is trying to hire animators, and production desk staff for no salary (offering "experience")
ye. I have the original uncut DVD releases from the US, and the subtitle script from that seems perfectly fine. I don't know why NISA went ahead to make a whole new one, which ruins such an impactful moment.
