It's likely that some or all of their recent social media posts got programed well in advance before the holidays.
Otherwise they should have noticed that they promoted Cagaster as "now available" despite unavailable on their website (likely wrong date scheduled)

Well over 90% of all Crunchyroll US Blu-rays are A+B, few exceptions are Demon Slayer & One Piece TV.
As most UK releases happen about a month later than in the US, these are usually announced (or go live) several weeks later
Licensing may restrict what a company sells directly to it's customers, especially to which countries deliveries is fine.
However third party sellers, including Amazon, don't face such restrictions.

At least Bleach TWBW has French subs - not like the 279,99 € Macross Plus Edition sold by Anime Ltd France, for which the French subs are completely missing (and recently they even updated the product description instead of fixing that issue)
