The 4K release will be exclusive to our Collector's Edition and the Zavvi Steelbook for the time being - there will likely be a standard 4K release at some point, but that will be some way further down the line.
Royal Mail tells us that there have been long delays with shipments to Ireland and customs processing recently, so it seems like everything there is taking an eternity unfortunately.

The Newswire only covers up to the start of Februrary - we'll be revealing our full February line-up as soon as we can. We have designs ready to go for the entire series, so it's really just working through disc authoring that's the only hold-up, and that's progressing apace currently.

In stock on the store doesn't necessarily mean that stock is in place at our fulfilment centre, it could be stock in transit that was delayed over Christmas etc.

I need order numbers via DM to be able to answer that - typically anything that isn't shipped yet was waiting on stock that didn't arrive before Christmas, so it's very much item dependent. Everything that was fully in stock was shipped before we shut down over Christmas.
We have had a batch of parcels (of which yours appears to be one), which seems to have gone AWOL in Royal Mail's service, so we're waiting on them to investigate that currently - I'll make sure your order is added to that list if it isn't already!
