iirc there's a scene in true tears where Shin walks in on Hiromi when she's wearing nothing apart from a towel and a look of embarrassment. That's a slice of life show rather than a comedy though, so you might find more 'realistic' reactions in SoL series than Love Hina or similar.

Kare Kano? It's a bit shoujo-ish and the ending's abrupt but otherwise is the standard against which all others should be judged. 26 eps in total or thereabouts.

More Berserk and Ergo Proxy, Haruhi (standard editions though, although I'd recommend the special eds to fans who are more 'hardcore' than myself) and, strangely, Shana. I found the feature film to be surprisingly excellent so I'm really looking forward to the series.

The live-action movie was impressive visually, but plot-wise it was a bit of a mess. I've yet to see a truly bad Madhouse show though, so I'm hopeful that their magic touch will rub off on Casshern too. The idea of them 'going into overdrive' for 2008 is exciting news indeed!

I'm not sure. Hugh David did a little speech of itroduction for Voices and Place Promised at the All-Nighter, which was cool. He was wearing a shiny suit. 8)

@Tasker: I know the pricing's a bit steep but you're getting quality over quantity here. I got impatient and ordered the uber-pricey R1 box set months ago, and loved every frame. Please don't let the RRP put you off!
