Just as an update from my side on this, I've had it formally confirmed today that all Christmas orders are shipped now unless they're:

a. Waiting on pre-order / reprint stock
b. One of a very small number of massive US orders waiting on courier quotes to find a reasonable solution to ship them
c. One of a couple of UK customers with a large number of very large orders, which are being handled currently

Just paid the VAT charges, €39.85 for the contents of the order plus €18.65(plus €4.29 VAT on that charge) for disbursement.

I seem to be missing an item from the clearance bundle. I am missing

from the list in the front page of the thread.

The order had the five mystery boxes and an additional 4 CEs. 5 items per box plus 4 extra would be 29 items but I only had 28 so it has not been replaced with something else.

The slip inside the box only lists the 28 items I received. The missing title is not on there nor is anything else that would bring it up to 29 items.

I emailed them earlier today, they said that it is out of print. They gave me a partial refund.

Does The Promised Neverland CE come under reprint stock?

That isn't being reprinted, so we have ended up short of stock on that thanks to a damaged shipment - we shipped out as many units of that as we could but if your copy didn't ship then I'd drop us a message on the shop to make sure you get that item refunded.

Gonna be real, not a fan of this. I'd appreciate it if the shop goes after this pro-actively themselves, instead of having the customers have to go after their own money.

We are processing these to be clear, but I mostly want to make sure we don't miss anyone so no harm in folks getting in touch to make sure.

I got my christmas order in today. It came in 5(!) boxes.

All I was missing was The Promised Neverland (as expected), it did have a copy of Burn The Witch in the clearance box.
