UK Anime Christmas Sales for 2025 [Anime Ltd's 12 Days of Xmas + More]

My best guess is - being as the last few days some other, smaller orders not dated Dec 2nd randomly sent as well - they're most likely leaving the big orders 'till last.
Sending those expedited delivery/DHL, and getting rid the smaller orders asap RM would be my hope anyway... as it also the only hope of most things turning up before xmas, slim though 'tis~

I don't think I've ever had an order shipped from AL at the weekend or seen someone else mention them doing so. I'm fairly sure they're only open on weekdays.

It's good to see some people's sale orders finally moving. I'm still at 0/3, unfortunately. Maybe I offended Andrew by only buying Godzilla last year.
 
....Maybe 'twas overly optimistic if they don't even work Sat, that they may yet get through most of the backlog, last min. Overtime a possibility before going on holiday. They would however have to pay the few overwhelmed staff they employ (can't imagine a third-party shipping partner be this inefficient) more, though. That too overly optimistic going on clusterduck so far.

On a more positive note, Andrew in his statement sounded slightly less PRidc when talking about Toho/Godzilla than he did when Embracer took over. Maybe next year will be less... 'Anime Limited 12 Days of Xmassu: WHERE ORDER(s)'

PS: My Dec 2 Bleach BOGOFFs remain on ice. All I want is to fill my box for Christmas~

My day 1 order just shipped had both tv mystery boxes and maid wars collectors in it - shipped dhl expressed, picked up today said will come Tuesday 23rd
- so i think anyones who ships after today will probably be after Christmas now

Maybe, but DHL unlikle Royal mail are probably not quite as jam packed/busy.
So they might be able or more likley to hit there aimed for targets.
I think DHL service used by AnimeLimited is technically a next day service, so still a slim chance of Monday dispatches being delivered on 23rd/24th (assuming they do deliveries 24th)

My order was dispatched on 23rd with DHL last year and arrived the next day, but I may have got lucky
 
...Christmas officially cancelled, then, barring any last minute DHLing miracles. Dai was correct: Sat a no-go zone.

You talk like they aren't comprised of humans and shouldn't be given grace, especially during stressful seasons like the holidays. It was revealed that the company went through a hard time before the sale with multiple individuals falling ill thus interrupting services. If you aren't able to extend goodwill in such a situation then I'd argue you're soulless.

Truly, 'tis the journey we share together each (and every, without fail) year; waiting for AL parcels/delay announcements. Does it matter if we wait until 2027? No! For the community spirit we gained is priceless. And it even had me return from beyond za 🪦; what greater gift could there be than that and bonding as a community?
We need not boxes full of cartoons, nor material goods. Instead, we should cherish these memories, not give into despair, and be charitable~

Unless late parceling to be had, and my Bleach BOGOFFs are sent to fill me/my box with joy, this will be my final post in this thread. Thank you all as ever for serving as an AL xmas therapy group, my kyoudais. 🙏

Yeah said title has been in before (2022) and yeah as its OVA's would of kinda excepted it to be in the film mystery bundle, also Lupin might have been in before too Edit: nope not in before from what i can see.

But unfortunatly the past few years there have been repeats, and certainly this year there is no small print saying they can't do repeats, although with the clearence bundle I would have excpted them to be more in there.

But 7/8 (depends if you count me using a title twice and editing it out for Flowers of evil or not) out of 10 prediction isn't bad

Yeah I remember getting El-Hazard before - a little irked about that one but I’ll still have a decent selection of new sets in my collection from the non-duplicates.

Yeah i can't even find it or any el hazard title standard or CE on the All The Anime web site anymore, so baffles me it not in the cleanrece bundle as well as being a repeat.
