Currently doing a rewatch of Air, my english audio bdremux looks nicer than the us dvd release.

I've looked at a lot of Range Murata's art and he seems to love half clad lollies and if you look at the legs of his characters they seem to be malformed.

I've got 4 weeks of episodes from the current season that I missed while I was in the hospital and rehab to catch up with.

I'm currently recovering from being hit by a pickup truck Nov. 7th. I had broken bones on my left knee, right elbow and middle finger on my left hand and just got out of physical rehab yesterday. I've still got 2 or 3 months before I get back to normal, at least I can watch a box of bluray...

I just finished a hell of a project-an english bluray of Air. I took the video from my jpbd set of Air along with the english audio and the subtitles from my usdvd set of Air. There was a lot of resynching, retiming and such but it was worth the effort. Air was an early series from Koyoto...

If it looks like 2 discs glued together that's because it is, dvd9s have 2 read layers as opposed to dvd5s which have a single read layer.

I have lots of old super rare dvds and sets and everytime I take one out to play they've worked perfectly. (Knock on wood!)

Chainsaw Man has been showing nonstop at my local theater for the past few weeks and I've resisted going to see it mainly because I watched a few episodes of the tv series and hated it, Caveat Emptor I guess.

I'm revisiting both seasons of Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid since I watched the movie a few weeks ago at the theater. I'd only watched them subbed before and this time dubbed and I was surprised at how well done the dub was not to mention that the characters are a total hoot.

That's what I hate about most UK releases-all those big fat ugly age category advisories all over the spine and the case artwork. Yeech!

Back in the heyday of hk anime dvds we called those bootlegs, I still have quite a few of these in my anime collection.

You could get this release of Tsukimichi here (removed). It says english subtitles and for Raven Of The Inner Palace you could get the jpbd release and add readily available subtitles but that might be a little bit expensive....!
