I know, what I mean is that shipping from their store has always been €11,50 for me, and was never sent through FedEx. So why they would do that now for that price, it doesn't compute for me ;)

The international shipping fee is the same as it always was, doesn't seem like that is the FedEx rate.

Sucks to have good eye sight I suppose. Or expectations from a £100+ set. But on a more serious note: if the RGB is off it seriously messes with colours and washes out a whole picture or significantly crushes blacks. That does impact the viewing experience a lot. You can try a RGB missmatch...

Great. That's not an option on my set (Sony X800M2). This is a disappointment when these discs were already recalled and delayed half a year ago due to errors. And in such an expensive set too.

Just got a mail from Zavvi. My €270 1/4 Kusanagi statue order is cancelled, which was to be expected.

MVM said in a mail last week when I inquired about it to ask Funimation first, as they were not able to say at the time if they would be able to offer replacements or even get a new corrected version of the release in stock. I'm emailing them again today to ask about returning my order.

I emailed Funimation last week, I'm in the Netherlands. I just received a reply that they won't be able to offer the disc replacements outside the UK and Ireland due to licensing. They encouraged me to return the disc and ask for a refund.

So then the Zavvi Ireland thing doesn't change anything for anyone.

Ah, but that is just one of their regional skins for zavvi.com. There are sites for many countries. They still send from the UK, their terms&conditions specify as much. Any import duties and VAT are still on the buyer.

Do you have a source for the claim that Zavvi have set up an Irish portal for EU customers? Not the biggest fan of Zavvi but if this is true they will become one of the few options.
