I am actually quite surprised with how bad yours was. I do commend MVM on ad least adding bubble wrapping because some companies aka Zavvi wont even do that, It seems I can only ever rely on AL to me send products without getting it damaged since I have never received any damaged products from them.

Received Princess Principal today, I had this recommended to me and was please to know MVM did a nice collectors edition, sadly despite MVMs best efforts I also had my lower left corner crushed during shipping just like @Girls with Guns Although I am not certain mine would qualify for a replacement.
