It's supposed to only be 15% off one order, same as last year. If there's nothing you worry might sell out then yeah it makes sense to hold on until everything you want is up for order.

A few did sell out before the end those

Then there's way around round that as well.
Pre-order everything using the code and if they still have stock at the end cancel every single order and then use the 15% discount.

I doubt anyone that signs up now will get the 15% discount. Yet your guaranteed to get the 10% off

I did ask them yesterday if i sighned up yesterday or today.. I would get the code.. They did say yes... So dunno

if you're planning to wait until all the early birds are up on the store, then yes making a complete order at the end would give you the biggest discount and make the most sense

Unlimited is 10% on all orders and is valid for a year

The EBs will remain available at an early bird price until 17th, then it'll go to their usual price point.

Out of the 11 EBs, the only one that's really got the potential to sell out is Cardcaptor Sakura. The rest will likely remain in stock until sometime in 2022.

The codes are a one time use. You could wait until 12th to use the one off code. Or if you have subscribed then use your 10% off at all times.
As for the early birds they tend to go on until at least the 12day sale. That finishes on the 13th
