Unless there's another anime with the same name this one does have a dub. ^_~ So please change/move it. (Sorry for being such a pain with the dub/sub split folks.)
Hmmmm, I had to Google this one. I take it you're mainly referring to Tokyo Godfathers and Millennium Actress? Part of me doubts I should allow this combinational vote.
Elaniel voted for Millennium Actress separately, so either I have to combine Millennium Actress into Satoshi Kon titles or the other way around. I'll need to have a good ponder about that one.

Well, a medal has two sides ... And so has this vote.
Nothing against it on the one hand, though Sentai Filmworks hasn't licensed it yet and it is sub-only until then despite the expectations they will license and dub it in 2015 or 2016.
While the franchise got dubbed and got licensed, I think there is no solid proof this will get dubbed as of yet making me lean towards saying this belongs under the sub-only category.
The OVAs didn't get dubbed, but the third season did. So this belongs in the dubbed category.
Half-dubbed franchises ... I could see this go under either category really, but it can only be under one of them I believe.
Ehhhmmm, seasons 1 through 4 have been dubbed and seasons 5+6 haven't even been licensed by Funimation (as of yet) so we may never get to see those getting dubbed.
So a part of me thinks it rightfully belongs with sub-only as one can't finish the story/franchise dubbed, another part thinks more of the franchise is dubbed than subbed so yeah.
For now, unless you or somebody else has a great argument for either I'm fine with it being in the subbed category.

Sadly enough. Especially Sentai Filmworks seems to be responsible for that though. Hope the tides turn again in 2015.

But okay, so 10 points (indicated by "most of all") to Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-Kun and then from start to last descending points that means. Alright.
According to the rules Nisekoi ends up with 4 points and Chu2Koi with 3 for the overall category unless you give it all a proper order yourself.
And both 10 points in their respective sub-only/dub category probably. (much like with Britguy as there is no discussion possible unless you add more to the lists)
I hope they're completely done with UK distributing, that's for sure.
Kaze can sublicense shows or "return" licenses (at their own loss), I can see Andrew going after them if he's interested in them.
And there is as far as I have seen no solid proof Kaze has picked up the DVD/Blu-ray rights for some of the much wanted shows. Anyway ...

My problem with Garden of Sinners really is that I dislike dvd subtitles. Wouldn't want to ever watch it on DVD.
I also hope there'll be a Haruhi BD rights licensing (rescue) happening this year. Never watched it because I am waiting for a Blu-ray release.
I hope for all the fans Evangelion will happen by the end of 2017, that's for sure.
