[spoiler]During the episode they said there's medicine. My guess is that Megu-Nee went down to the basement to try and get the medicine but it was too late so she decided to write down her will/last message to the girls before she went into Zombie mode. Judging by the episode preview, Yuki will be the one who'll get the medicine and face her illusions at the same time. Hopefully at the end of Episode 11 Kurumi will be saved.But given this is a Nitroplus series everyone is going to suffer.[/spoiler]
