And Parallel Works seperately on DVD and or BD. Yes I know of Anime Limiteds BD release of the series/movies/PW but I have the series on DVD and all I want is the movies and PW but it's so hard to just get them due to the cost of the BD set and trying to import them and only getting say the movies but not PW......first world anime fan problems I know but it's bothered me for a long time. Is it possible to get the movies and PW on DVD without having to break the bank at all?
 
I heard that the recent Aniplex re-release of Gurren Lagann's recap movies didn't include any additional extra content (such as Parallel Works) so maybe they have other plans (like a re-release of the TV series on Blu-ray including PW).

I think Andrew might be doing a release for just the Movies and Parallel Works sometime in the future (since they're both on the same disc for the UK Ultimate Edition set so there's no need to split them up).
 
You can also buy Parallel Works from Japan via its two single DVD releases if you're not keen on the special edition too. That's what I did back in the day when I only had Bandai's DVDs of the series ^^;

The upcoming Anime Limited dvd collection also has the movies and Parallel Works, its only the lower Blu-ray set that is series only. I know you state that you already have the series, but the Anime Limited release is probably higher quality than the older Beez/Bandai/Madman sets from being mastered from the hd assets. Have a look at Anime Limiteds Outlaw Star or Cowboy Bebop sets compared to the older Beez sets and the quality difference is pretty startling.
