Well, there is a yellow/red picture or a nid army i've sorta adapted it tho ^^

and the pics on the back of the box are these:

Ah the Tyranids, I used to collect them. Too bad I don't have the time or money for Warhammer these days :(

The far left ones pretty good anyway, if you highlight some more of the details on the gun and armor it should look great.

Nice idea Tach. How long before this becomes a Warhammer forum? ;)

I'll get some of my Eschers up ASAP, though I might have to take the pics outside tomorrow as my camera is crap in low light conditions.

Repost

Piture time! Of a few of my favoured models.
They're all pretty big...though you can notice the faults more. :x

Typhus 1
Typhus 2
Typhus 3
Typhus 4
Grey Knight 1
Grey Knight 2
Dreadnaught (Notice my name on it! :D )
Tree 1 (Dead bonsai trees made usefull!)
Tree 2
Marnius 1
Marnius 2
Troll 1
Troll 2
Troll 3

Typhus is the most recent [which explains the lack of nice base] but i havnt got my models out for ages. I need to get back into it again. And get me and my dad to finish the orc trike conversion!

I've always been interested in how these look, and the detail that can be applied etc, but I've never been bothered (or frankly have the intention) of committing myself to painting them.

Great stuff though, keep 'em coming. :P

I actually have the same set but never really bothered with them after buying all the equipment. lol. So I'll just see how you progress for now, pretty good so far.

A somewhat smaller update than I'd hoped, the other Juve I was working on became hideously disfigured when I managed to ruin one of her eyes, and has had to go back for aesthetic enhancement. However, presenting one finished Escher Juve:
escherjuveone.png

I'm satisfied at how she turned out seeing as how she's the first mini I've finished in ages. The edges of her skin look a bit crap (partly because the pic is almost thee times actual size, mind) it's flesh wash, that's what I get for undercoating white. NEVER undercoat white. My name's on the pic 'cause I'm a paranoid bastard. :P

Cheers Blackwolf! :thumb:

I'm going to undercoat the rest with black, then you can leave it in the recesses and get a more 3D look. I wasn't sure what I should do as it's the first time I've painted minis with this amount of detail, I'm used to marines.

Enjoying it though, you can make each one very individual.

Well time for me to post something i guess...:P

My Ahirman that i did for my Thousand Sons army (though at the moment its little more then (two squads, a rhino and a defiler)

I was wondering what WH means, from where I come from, it's warehouse....

I do try some garage kits here, but I've got not spare time lately to do any. I spend way too much time here.... =P

this is a oldish pic to be honest. the devil fish looks alot better now. but the Tau at the front of the pic is basically an idea on my painting.
