Do you notice how we seem to push away many people, just because of a bad introduction, or pointless random comments. They seem to get shunned. Not that thats a bad thing though,

What I do notice is that a lot of people join and post once or twice then just don't bother anymore. I'm not sure if that's us shunning them or not, but it seems to occur frequently. I've become pretty accustomed as to who posts regularly here, and they were the same people who posted regularly when I joined, and most likely before then as well. Very small community...
