Neither have been released in the UK/planning to be released in the UK.

Full Metal Panic TSR is an unknown, because Kadokawa Pictures USA have the license, and currently none of their licenses have been able to be picked up by a UK company.

DearS I guess is just a wait and see kind of one, it'll most likely be Beez who release it (as it's a Bandai Visual license) if and when they feel like they want to/enough profit able to be made from it. EDIT: Well, it seems it was actually Geneon who licensed it, so expect it from MVM if at all - Bandai's logo is on my artbox, and Geneon distributed Bandai Visual's titles up until now, so I put two and two together and made five; nevermind.
