They should play on geo-locked players (PS3/PS4 and some UK players), they haven't been confirmed yet though but it is likely they'll play on geo-locked players.
 
Figured out how to play bypass discs on PS4, mostly similar to the PS3 method.

Bypass Method - PlayStation 4 Version:
1) Load the disc in as usual
2) When the region lock screen appears, press Options and select the Control Panel option.
3) Select Go to and then Title. For the first disc, select Title 4 (sometimes 5). For the other discs, select Title 3 (sometimes 4 if the first disc is 5).

Also tested these two titles and they worked with the bypass method:

Geolocked discs don't require the Bypass Method (as it doesn't work with those discs), they require the Geolock Method for regular BD players as they're geolocked by country, not by region (in this case, United States rather than Region A). UK PS3/PS4 players can play them as normal as the country code is apparently set to US. Regular BD players must have their country code set to United States in order to play the discs, regardless of whether it's a Region B player (yes, geolocked discs can play on those) or a Region Free player.
