Trouble with Animuk need help/advice.

I ordered two gundam mini figures from animuk last week Monday and have not received them and I email them on Friday to find out what happening I got no reply and I tried to see if a can get refund through paypal but got I've got to wait until they reply.
 
Has the ordered been marked as despatched? As you're outside the UK even assuming the order shipped last Tuesday it's still well within the delivery timeframe.

As far as messaging them is concerned give it until tomorrow/Wednesday for a reply as there's no telling how busy they could be.

If they're being lazy the dispute you filed with PayPal should serve to "encourage" a response
 
I live in uk and the order has been cancelled and the refund is pending on PayPal and will not be ordering from them again and is there anyone else who is more reliable and cover uk import tax.
