If it interests anyone who reads the manga, I've been told the villain for this new movie is Kinjishi AKA the first person to ever escape Impel Down using his devil fruit of flight

Well the 8th Movie has been released both in the USA and Australia, no more movies as yet have been released but they are concentrating in the USA to bring the series out so it can catch up. There quite a big gap of 340 episodes to release but once that is cut down enough the movies will be started to be released.

You will be able to at least to import a copy in not too distance future from USA at least.
