The above URL is the official website. It says on there "Start booking January 2007"... I can't see that they've opened sales yet though, so its worth checking the official site every few days for updates.
A few of the Tomo-dachi staff hang out on these forums, so I'm sure they'll be more than happy to elaborate on my answer
