The Guyver: Old OAV series or new series?

I assume you mean the 12-part OVA when you say old and not the 'Out of Control' one.
Only seen the first volume of the new series, but I prefer the older one. It's cheesier, but there's a better atmosphere and messier fights. Episode 5 was great.
I do intended to catch up with the new one sometime as I want to see the new bits of the story.

The only reason i would want to see out of control is just because of the female guyver 2, and that's it really. I prefer the new series just because of the new content though i wish another season had been comissioned as i know there is far more storyline to come, plus i want to see more of Guyver 3's Zeus Thunderbolt reistance group with the first ever female Zoanoid in it.

i'll be honest, i've only seen a few episodes of the new series, so this isn't the most impartial opinion.
