I just started Season 3 yesterday.
All in all this is a really cracking programme but I do find it a tad hard to follow in places so had to keep going back and revisiting bits.
If you haven't seen it I definitely recommend watching!
(Also the dude that played the protein monster from season one turns up as a contestant on the second Physical 100 - also worth a watch if you like that sort of thing)
