Stream episode 1 of KURAU: Phantom Memory for free

IGN and ADV Films have teamed up to stream the first episode (English dubbed) of KURAU: Phantom Memory for free. Although this promotion is aimed at spotlighting the forthcoming US R1 DVD release, UK anime fans can take advantage of this too.

Animated by Studio BONES (Full Metal Alchemist, Wolf's Rain), KURAU: Phantom Memory is a mature science fiction series that follows the super-powered Kurau in her search for a spiritual "pair".

Check this one out guys, it's a great series that's disappointingly underrated. Definitely one of the best shows from Studio BONES.

I watched all of Kurau a few months ago, good to see it finally getting released and fingers crossed for a UK release soon.

Has anyone else watched this episode yet? It's being streamed for free, come on, just take a look at it, especially if you're into your mature, plot-driven science fiction with a shoujo bent.

I'm fairly sure that this is a precursor to a UK release. This was on UK ign and was promoted by ADV UK so that means they have the licence for it.
