Here is what we consider SPAM (i.e. redundant discussion)
1. Posting three words in a thread. "I agree with you", "OK now I understand" etc. This is a discussion forum, not an MSN Messenger chatroom. Consider that thousands of people are reading these threads.
2. Back-seat moderating. If you aren't a moderator, we don't want to see you taking the rules into your own hands and telling people off in our stead. If you see something that you think is breaking the rules, tell us- do not derail a thread with complaints about posting styles, images in signatures etc.
Further more, if someone creates a thread that's familiar (like Your favourite anime), you don't need to post up saying "*yawn*, seen this one a thousand times". Remember that we always have new members and see it from their perspective, if they create their first thread, they don't want it to fill up with complaints.
3. Please think before reviving a thread that has been dead for 3 months. We don't mind if you have something genuienly relevant to add to the topic, but its pointless resurrecting old threads if you have nothing of real note to add.
4. Porn adverts! Tell us if you see some on the forums.
If we spot anything breaking the rules, we will simply delete your posts. No warnings. If this becomes a consistent issue, you will don the shameful user title telling everyone "I AM A SPAMMER". You are not your post count.
