i cant thats the problem if i say anything the family will have **** braking thing at our house

Tell the Police this. You'll get protection then. If you attack him it just counts as assault in the eyes of the law. The Police is the best bet.

just to let you know vashdaman its not nonsense do you remember the fourm i made the *most important thing in the world to you* well my siblings are important to me il do what i cant do help them
 
I don't doubt how important your siblings are to you, but the whole "I'll kick his ass" stuff is nonsense. If this guy is really abusing your sister like you say he is(not to mention the fact he's already got a criminal record), go to the police and put an end to it, thats what you would do if you really cared, don't just sit there on a forum typing about how your gonna kick his arse.
