Sony to Sell Manga Ent. Anime in Non-English Regions

I'm guessing this just means Sony can put Manga Ent titles on their Animax channel. The news does say distributor though so maybe they're going to put out DVDs. I can't see any other major markets out there for anime though other than what's already there.

Africa? South America? Middle East? Most of those have their own markets anyway.
