Songs that would make good anime intros and outros

Completely Average High School Student
Me and my friends are making a flash anime, any ideas what would make a good opening and ending themes? (were to lazy to make our own)
The anime's called dark an its about a spirit being sent back to earth. Its not a jolly tale is all im going to say.
 
Some songs from Alice in Chins, Dirt album - Them Bones, Rooster, would? spring to mind immediately.

Given some more info on what kind of music your looking for I could have a go recommending a few others.
 
Okay, you should totally open it with Evanescence - Wake Me Up Inside, then finish it with Linkin Park - In The End.

On second thoughts, don't.

thanks for the feedback, we still haven't chosen it yet but we are taking all these posts into consideration

We're basically just after a dark song though were not really after something too upbeat

The vocals are awesome and those are the best lyrics ever not written! :evil:
 
I wouldn't mind seeing some more anime with Hip-Hop/Rap soundtracks.

The Name's Bond... James Bond - Casino Royale OST

Wouldn't it be interesting to see a James Bond anime series?
