cause they're service seems to be getting worse and worse

They never seem to keep an eye on their stock levels

they advertise stuff in stock when they out of it, meaning ordering 2 items on deliver asap means only 1 gets send and u get charged twice for delivery

Hahaha. That spelling is frightful!

It's unprofessional but given how mad I am personally at "Bandi" for their unending authouring screw ups over time I have to smile. I wonder if Martin knows or if it was one of his employees...

That's ok... I'm still waiting for my "7-10 days" order on the 31st Aug. That's my Shuffle! 6 + Artbox and now waiting for restocking of Black Lagoon 3
 
It appears they haven't updated any of the cover art for the recent re-releases of the Geneon boxsets (i.e. Rozen Maiden, Fate/Stay Night, etc), or noted they've been changed to thinpacks (god damn Funimation). Misleading for fans who don't check places like the cover art section on AoD.
 
Looks like my Zero no Tsukaima novel and Kanon DVD vol 6 will arrive later than expected. Nevermind that I've been waiting on both for 3 months since they were supposed to be summer releases.

I've had no problems with them either, great service. Gantz took a while to process, but whatever. I'm thinking of placing a huge manga order soon, so I'm actually going to start reading some : ). Eden, Berserk, Gunsmith Cats, OMG 2nd edition, Blood+, Gantz, Mushishi, yay!

Did it go into hiatus? I guess you're talking about the Japanese run, the English version has been ongoing as far as I'm aware, although now it's like 2 volumes a year because of lack of sales.

Really? I'll get my copy now then to increase sales to at least another copy. I've checked wiki and it actually finished this year, 18 volumes in total. Hope they don't cancel this title as they did 3x3 eyes...
