Sengoku Basara: Samurai Kings

Thinking of getting the blu-ray boxset but can't decide.

Can anyone tell me something else that it is like or just give me the general lowdown. I know basically what its about but not too many reviews around.

I thought the BD had a few extra extras on? Maybe that was a misunderstanding that was cleared up.

Anyway, I only watched the first few eps of this, but it was crazy mad fun with random hialrious Engrish. Also one of the most manly anime ever made for women.

btw, this could be a nice thread in general, I like that you left the title generica rather than including the name of the show you were asking about. Hopefully people will keep using this one thread for that purpose.
 
There are 7 bonus episodes on the blu-ray version versus 3 on the dvd,

I own the UK bd but have yet to watch it (nothing to do with the quality of the release just working my way through a backlog).
 
Bought it, it only cost me £5.99 due to my £20 purehmv voucher.

Didn't feel like a risk for that price, so I went for it :D

I was actually gonna buy Romeo x Juliet but it was £40, its only £17.99 on play.com and the rrp is £29.99 and they wonder why they are struggling tut tut :x
